Shipping Policy

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS and UPS. Rates are established by Turbo Team Inc based on the carrier average rate.

Order Processing

Please note orders take approximately 1-3 business days to process before shipping. (Expedited, Standard and Standard Free) Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday.

Tracking an Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order has been processed and shipped. This email will contain a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order online.

Free Shipping

We currently give customers the option for Standard Free ground shipping for orders $100 and over. During checkout, please select “Standard Free”. This option will only appear when you have an amount of $100 or more in your cart during the checkout process.

Domestic Shipping

Currently, we just ship to the contiguous United States.
